Full Steam Ahead 2025 is free to attend at RAM’s Wustum Museum on Saturday\, August 9\, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. \nRelief printing is a process where a design is carved into wood or similar materials to make a protruding surface that can be inked and printed on paper or fabric. A team of regional professional artists will use this art-making technique—which requires many dedicated hours of conceptualizing\, drawing\, and carving—to produce oversized prints by flattening the inked relief with a steamroller. DESCRIPTION:Silk Scarf Painting Workshop for Two!\nPhotography: RAM Staff\n\nOne Day\, Saturday\, May 10\n9:30 am – 4:30 pm \nInstructor/Artist: Leslie Perrino \nBring mom or your special someone to create together. Learn basic dye application techniques\, including resist\, salt application\, and tie-dye. Create two or three wearable art pieces using this centuries-old painting form. These make wonderful personalized gifts—perfect for Mother’s Day! All supplies are included in the registration fee. \nPrice per individual:\n$72 Members   $90 Non-Members \nSpecial price per pair:\n$108 Members   $135 Non-Members \nNote: You must select the “FOR TWO” ticket below to receive this discounted price for pairs—purchasing two individual tickets will not provide a discount.\n \nRAM members with a Senior or Individual level membership are only eligible for discounts on their own class registrations—the member discount does not apply to eligible family unless you have a Family/Dual level membership or higher.Ineligible registrants will be required to pay the difference before the class begins. \n\nOnline registration closes four days before class begins.
