At this time, RAM is primarily focused on curating exhibitions from the museum’s permanent collection. Opportunities for solo exhibitions are fairly limited, but any proposals are still welcome.

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the Racine Art Museum. The museum accepts exhibition proposals and review them twice a year—usually in March and October. Please understand that there are no immediate opportunities available as exhibition programming is scheduled years in advance.

If you would like to submit a proposal of your work or an exhibition concept for consideration, please include the following:

  • An artist statement or exhibition concept statement.

  • A resume/CV, if an individual artist.

  • 10–15 images of your work or work to be included in the exhibition. Images should be at least 1800 pixels on the longest side with a resolution of 300 dpi.

Please send the above information/files to RAM Curatorial Assistant Katelyn Mitchell via email at [email protected].

Mailed proposals may be shipped to:

Racine Art Museum, Attn: Katelyn Mitchell
PO Box 187
Racine, WI 53401-0187

Email is strongly preferred. Mailed materials will become the property of the Racine Art Museum, unless a self-addressed stamped envelope is included with the submission.

Have questions? Please contact Katelyn Mitchell at [email protected] or 262.619.3541.
