Collections Intern
Offered regularly at RAM Downtown.
- Assist with recording and cataloging collections artwork information.
- Assist in conducting inventories of the collection.
- Assist in moving and packing artwork.
- Assist in organizing and filing collection artwork, exhibition record, and artist biographical files.
Exhibitions Intern
Offered regularly at RAM Downtown.
- Assist with general exhibition tasks for juried and/or community exhibitions including being present at artwork drop off and pick up days, compiling artwork entry information, and helping organize exhibition materials.
- Help develop and maintain artist lists, exhibition records, and catalogs.
- Assist with interdepartmental projects and performances, including special event preparation and execution.
- Assist preparators with label production and gallery maintenance.
- Research artists and objects intended for upcoming exhibitions.
