    Unleash your creativity in this two-part workshop that blends sculpture and textile art! Learn to sculpt a unique form—abstract, whimsical, or character-inspired—using simple materials and guided techniques. And transform your design into a sewing pattern, then cut, stitch, and fit a custom fabric “skin” over your creation. No prior sewing or sculpting experience is needed—just bring your imagination. By the end, you’ll walk away with a one-of-a-kind fiber-based sculpture that combines form and fabric in unexpected ways. All materials are provided.

    Wycinanki Paper-cutting Workshop

    Learn the traditional Polish art form of Wycinanki (paper-cutting) and create three different colorful works of art using cutting and layering techniques: Star, Tree of Life, and Polish Rooster. Patterns will be provided for the basic designs, and then participants will use their creativity to embellish their cut-outs with layers of colorful paper. A brief history and background of this art form will also be discussed. Creating Wycinanki is a great way to learn about Polish culture while keeping it alive today. No previous art experience required, all supplies are included.
