Free First Fridays at Racine Art Museum

Enjoy FREE RAM admission and a free make-and-take art project inspired by current museum exhibitions on the first Friday of each month. Additionally, save money on purchases at the RAM Museum Store with a variety of First Friday specials throughout the year.

Enjoy free Racine Art Museum admission from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on First Friday, April 4.
There will not be a Free Family Hands-On Art Activity this day.
May 2, 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
Enjoy free RAM admission and extended gallery hours from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm on First Friday, May 2. Corresponding with Downtown Racine’s Creative Crawl, visitors can join RAM’s Art Party and create various make-and-take art projects inspired by current museum exhibitions! Plus, a DJ will be on site spinning tunes throughout the night.
June 6, 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
Enjoy free RAM admission and extended gallery hours from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm on First Friday, June 6. Plus, join the Creative Crawl Glass Bash, in partnership with Hot Shop Glass. This evening of fire, fun, and fabulous art includes make-and-take art projects, live art demos, and an artist panel. Plus, a DJ will be on site spinning tunes throughout the night.
July 11, 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
Enjoy free RAM admission and extended gallery hours from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm on First Friday, July 11. Corresponding with Downtown Racine’s Blues, Brews, and BBQ First Friday theme, visitors can join RAM for Blues and Brews at RAM—a mystical, magical evening of art that includes make-and-take art projects and live art demos. Plus, a DJ will be on site spinning tunes throughout the night.
August 1, 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
Enjoy free RAM admission and extended gallery hours from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm on First Friday, August 1. Plus, have fun scooping the loop with RAM. You’ll be on track for a good time at this one-of-a-kind artistic evening when you gear up for a scavenger hunt through the galleries and race a make-and-take creation on the RAM racetrack. Plus, a DJ will be on site spinning tunes throughout the night.
September 5, 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
Enjoy free RAM admission and extended gallery hours from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm on First Friday, September 5. Grab your cowboy hats and boots as RAM Goes Country—Boots, Bandanas, and Billy Goats.
From 4:00 to 8:00 pm, makers of all ages can participate in a Free Family Hands-On Art Activity and create a fun and free art project inspired by a current museum exhibition. Plus, a DJ will be spinning tunes in the gallery throughout the evening.
