The Creative Crawl Continues—First Fridays All Year in 2025!
Join fellow art lovers and supporters on the first Friday of each month throughout 2025 as Downtown Racine comes alive with creativity! Experience poetry, music, hands-on art activities, and more at multiple downtown locations—each with a unique art theme—as you explore the creative spirit of the area!
Pick up your Creative Crawl passports at various Downtown locations and get stamped. Turn in your completed cards to receive a fun prize!
Don’t miss the Creative Crawl Glass Bash at RAM and Hot Shop Glass—an evening of fire, fun, and fabulous art!
Highlights include:
- Free Racine Art Museum admission and extended hours from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Make-and-take art activities, demonstrations, and DJ-curated tunes at RAM
- Artist response to On Fire Part II at 6:00 pm with Holly Wolf Mattick and Amanda Cosgrove Paffrath and next generation women glass artists—high school students from The Prairie School and Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design graduate Jo Bauer.Â
- A one-night-only glass blowing demonstration featuring Holly, Amanda, and the next generation gals at Hot Shop Glass at 7:30 pm, followed by a sweltering soirée
Ignite the night and celebrate Racine on Fire with the late burn events at 9:00 pm:
- Smokin’ Hot Party at Hot Shop Glass Bash
- Sizzlin’ rooftop vibes at Eave’s rooftop at Hotel VerdantÂ
