RAM Curator of Exhibitions Lena Vigna will host a free, virtual discussion with artist Edouard Duval-Carrié. Viewers will receive an intimate glimpse into the life and work of the internationally renowned artist, educator, and curator, whose enormous two-dimensional landscape entitled, Lost at Sea is on loan to RAM by Art Bridges.

Creative Conversations with Paul Andrew Wandless at Mahogany Gallery

Join featured artist Paul Andrew Wandless and moderator/artist Scott Terry for a night of conversation and connection on Friday, July 8 at Mahogany Gallery. Doors open at 6:30 pm with time allotted for socializing before the 7:00 pm conversation. The discussion will wrap up at 8:00 pm, but guests and attendees are encouraged to stay afterward for additional time to connect and mingle. Light refreshments will be served.

Poetry Night: Cultural Reflections

The public is invited to attend a free night of spoken word recital at RAM's Wustum Museum on Thursday, July 14 at 6:00 pm. RAM partnered with local organizations Black Arts Council of Racine (BACR) and Family Power Music to invite local poets to participate in the event. Each poet created an original poem inspired by either the artwork on display in the exhibition, Cultural Reflections: RAM Community Art Show, or a loaned piece from Art Bridges by artist Edouard Duval-Carrié.

SAVOUR 2022: RAM Art Fundraiser

SAVOUR is the Racine Art Museum’s annual art fundraiser, which showcases the diverse flavors of Racine area cuisine paired with art specially created by local artists. All proceeds help support RAM exhibitions, visual art education for children and adults of all ages and abilities, and care of the museum’s nationally recognized permanent collection.
