Free First Friday at RAM, March 2022

Enjoy free Racine Art Museum admission from Noon to 4:00 pm on First Friday, March 4. There will not a free family hands-on art activity this day—instead offered 1:00 – 3:00 pm on Saturday, March 5.

RAM’s recently updated galleries offer a thought-provoking experience for new and returning visitors alike. On display is artwork that is best understood when contemplated from more than one angle in In the Round: Vessels and Sculpture from RAM’s Collection; contemporary interpretations of trompe l’oieil (French for fool or deceive the eye) technique in Fool the Eye: Addressing Illusion in Contemporary Art; and two- and three-dimensional abstract pieces by contemporary artists of color in RAM Showcase: Abstraction.
