Sound Drawing in the Garden Workshop

Artist Sherrye Smith is collaborating with Angele Ruesch of AR Healing Arts to connect nature and art through sound bathing and drawing. Discover the beauty and peace of the gardens at RAM’s Wustum Museum while investigating various garden elements through drawing. Illustrations will appear and be enhanced with the sounds of nature as Angela uses crystal singing bowls, tongue drums, ocean drums, rain sticks, chimes, tuning forks, and a hoop drum to engage the senses.
Dress for the outdoors since the entire session occurs outside. Please bring a portable chair, a journal or sketchpad, and desired drawing materials. The museum will provide additional drawing materials and other supplies needed.
Fees: $50 Members $65 Non-Members
RAM members with a Senior or Individual level membership are only eligible for discounts on their own class registrations—the member discount does not apply to eligible family unless you have a Family/Dual level membershipor higher. Ineligible registrants will be required to pay the difference before the class begins.
Online registration closes four days before class begins. After that, call RAM’s Wustum Museum at 262.636.9177 to confirm availability.
Class cancellations can happen if enrollment minimums are not met four days prior to the first class. Wustum staff will contact you via phone and/or email if your class is canceled.
