Explore elements of art and design principles while creating designs using a variety of tools—templates, rulers, stencils, shapes, etc.—and media, including drawing pencils, colored pencils, watercolor pencils, charcoal pencils, crayons, oil pastels, art chalk, and water-based/alcohol markers.
Look at the colors of fall—burnt orange, gold, mossy green, rich red, and purple—and create a landscape that shows the season's colors.
Using a topic you're interested in, create a fun way to express data in a visual way using a variety of drawing material.
Make fall festivities come alive with polymer clay. Create sensational delights such as pies, turkeys, and cornucopias—a cornucopia of fun!
